Description

Computational Systems Biology LPHI (University of Montpellier and CNRS) invites applications for a postdoctoral position founded by CEFIPRA (Indo French Center for the Promotion of Advanced Research) in collaboration with Upinder S. Bhalla’s lab in NCBS Bangalore. We seek a candidate with excellent expertise in computer science and systems biology. He/she will be involved into developping inovative approaches for automated reconstruction and optimisation of mechanistic dynamical models of intracellular signaling across variable levels of abstraction, as well as hybrid AI that combines mechanistic models and neural networks. These approaches and models will be applied to two specific disease systems, namely Autism Syndrom Disorders and Melanoma.
