Description

We are seeking a talented, bioinformatician interested in contributing to the
development of novel immunotherapies. We seek an individual with an engineering
background in biotechnology or programming and a successful experience in
bioinformatics. The candidate will need to demonstrate good programming skills
(preferably in python), and be able to use common bioinformatics tools.
The successful candidate will join the computational biology team in charge of the
discovery of therapeutic targets, particularly in transposable elements, and will
participate in the development of pipelines to preprocess and analyze large-scale
omics datasets.
A good dose of curiosity is needed, in particular to work at the frontier of modern
bioinformatics, to understand the complex biology of the immune system and
cancer, and to collaborate with a very interdisciplinary crowd (cellular biologists,
oncologists, immunologists).
