Paris, France) is seeking a degree-qualified computational scientist. The
bioinformatician will be dedicated to work on several projects in the frame of
fundamental and translational immunology-hematology research, regarding the
dialogue established between lymphoid cells and their environment. This will require
analyses of large datasets generated from single cell and bulk RNAseq, single cell and
bulk ATACseq, spatial transcriptomics, proteomics and high-throughput flow cytometry
studies. The candidate will have to work with other junior staff with bioinformatics skills.
The initial contract is for 2 years with the possibility of extension.

Context
Projects will be developed under the supervision of Drs. K. Balabanian and M. Espeli

The team encompasses: 1 postdoc, 7 PhD students, 3 research assistants and 5
principal investigators. The team generates large datasets such as bulk and single cell
transcriptomics.
The team is part of the unit U1160 and of the Institut de Recherche Saint-Louis located
