Description

We are interested in how stem cells contribute to tissues during development, growth and regeneration, and how tissue damage and ageing impact on their function.

Profile:

We are looking for an engineer with strong expertise in bioinformatics and single-cell and/or spatial multi-omics analysis (ex. scRNAseq/ scATACseq/ scNMTseq/ spatial transcriptomics).

The ideal candidate will be able to develop efficient data analysis pipelines for such datasets. These will include setting up sequencing data quality control, data processing, and result reporting pipeline. Data processing may necessitate developing or adapting novel algorithms, statistical modeling, and workflows to support customized data analysis. Result reporting will include maintaining the codes in a version-controlled repository with usable README files.

Highly motivated candidates who are skilled in these areas, proactive and with a strong sense of responsibility are encouraged to apply. Mastering the English language is mandatory.
