Description
We are currently looking for a postdoctoral computational biologist to work on (epi)genetic regulatory networks controlling cell plasticity and animal responses to environmental changes. The project involves large multi-omics and single cell datasets funded by GEroNIMo European project and other national projects.
His/her role will be to investigate the hepatic gene regulatory networks that control cell plasticity and animal responses to environmental changes in laying hens, by combining various “omics” data (coding and non-coding transcriptome (miRNA, lncRNA, circRNA), methylome) from the liver collected from 200 to 500 birds as well as hepatic “single nuclei RNA-seq” data with signal deconvolution approaches to access to immune cell populations.
In order to be eligible, applicants must have spent a minimum of 18 months abroad (outside France), detailed offer: https://euraxess.ec.europa.eu/jobs/259938
