Description

Our lab is seeking a highly motivated computational scientist (postdoc or engineer). The successful applicant will have the opportunity to map transcriptomic, epigenetic landscape of T-cell therapy (CAR-T, patients-derived samples: TILs and organoids). She/He will have the opportunity to develop novel algorithmic integrating large-scale experimental genomics datasets (scRNAseq/ATACseq analysis, epitranscriptomic, TCRseq).  She/He will have access to state-of-the-art computational infrastructure to accomplish their research goals and will work in highly collaborative environment with other computational and experimental biologists, synergizing the strengths of both domains to advance discoveries.

Profile Strong organizational and communication skills are required. This position represents an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to next-generation genomics technologies in a dynamic, well-established research environment. Payment is according to Gustave Roussy pay scale (70-78Keuros).

• PhD in computational field with experience in scRNAseq, ATAC TCRseq analysis, is required

• PromethION (Oxford Nanopore Technologies) analysis knowledge is a plus.

• Basic immunology (T-cell biology) knowledge is required.
