To achieve this ambitious goal, we are looking for a motivated bioinformatician to join our dynamic team. Your work will be instrumental in processing, analyzing, and reporting data that drives key decisions for our wet lab team.   1. Your Responsibilities

  • Launch and monitor automated bioinformatics pipelines.
  • Process pipeline outputs and translate findings into clear, comprehensive, structured reports tailored for the wet lab team.
  • Provide actionable feedback to improve workflows, ensuring robust data interpretations.
  • Ensure data quality by maintaining accuracy, consistency, and security in data handling and storage.
  • Work closely with wet lab scientists to align computational approaches with experimental needs.

    Your Technical Skills

Required:

  • From a Bachelor's degree (depending on experience) in Bioinformatics or a related field.
  • Experience with genomic assembly and processing with Nanopore/Illumina
  • Proficiency in BASH and Bioinformatic softwares for NGS analysis
  • Professional working proficiency in English (writing and speaking).

Nice-to-Have (in order of priority):

  • Prior experience in bacterial and phage genomics
  • Able to present results with proper visualization
  • Familiarity with pipeline automation tools like Nextflow and Docker.
